Hello and welcome to Studio Y!
Yalckun Abduerehim, the teacher/owner of Studio Y, was introduced to the Pilates method many years ago following a spinal dance injury. The method not only enabled him to continue his dancing as a professional dancer much longer than expected, but also helped him to avoid spinal surgery.
